1. To help TARGET-A members to gain active referrals on PTC sites assigned by the TARGET-A staff.
2. To encourage each members of the TARGET-A group to work together.
3. To help new online job seekers to get started.
4. To bring together groups of people who are aiming at the same goal ( earning more money on PTC sites).
