OPERATION TARGET-A

TARGET-A an abbreviation for Team of Active Referral Group with Equality and Teamwork as its Aim is a teamwork based operation in building referrals and obtaining more money in PTC sites. It aims to encourage each member to promote equality and teamwork to help each other improve their earnings in PTC sites. The theory behind this process is the philosophical word that we often heard “ If you scratch my back I’ll scratch yours”. We can put it in this way “if you want me to be your active referral then add me up as your referral in my ptc site and also be active” , thus both ptc workers earn benefits. TARGET-A is a little different with this philosophy because instead of partnership it is a group of people sharing and referring with each other. But what is the advantage of having a TARGET-A group? Of course hence the group is big you can have a larger amount of active referrals in your ptc site which means more money. The following illustrate the procedure or the process:

Each member will have the benefit of being referred by other members and vice versa. If member 1 owns PTC site A, he should register and be active in PTC sites owned by members 2, 3, 4 and 5. If member 2 owns PTC site B, he should register and be active in PTC sites owned by members 1, 3, 4 and 5 and so forth. With this, the owned PTC sites of each member will have active referrals of 4. But each members needs to be active for the other 4 PTC sites in exchange for being active of the other members in your PTC site.

In this process it was done using only 5 members in the TARGET-A group but 10 to 20 members can be formed also.

What are the steps in joining TARGET-A?

The steps in joining TARGET-A are as follows:
1. TARGET-A administrator will give you an assigned PTC site (usually a referral link to targeta, this is done in order to monitor the members if they are clicking).
2. After you finished registering, you must submit your referral link to the administrator.
3. After a few minutes the administrator will give you 4 referral links in which you need to register on them. ( note: be sure you do not have a duplicate account in the referral site).
4. After you finished registering in the 4 referral links, you will notice that from your assigned PTC site you have 4 active direct referrals, the 4 active referrals will keep on clicking ads and will increase your account balance as long as your clicking ads in the 4 referral links that you registered.

How will you get paid?

Of course the PTC site that was given to you by the administrator will earn more money than the other 4 PTC sites that you have registered, You will get payments to the 5 PTC sites including what the administrator give to you if you reach the minimum payout of each PTC sites. The PTC site that the administrator give to you will reach the minimum payout much earlier and faster than the 4 PTC sites of your group mates but you must still keep on clicking the PTC sites of your group mates so that they will also click yours.

How will TARGET-A members get terminated?

If the administrator notice that you are not anymore clicking your ads for a few days (see rules and regulations for info in the days) you will be terminated unless you can provide explanation of your absence.

If a member of your group reported that you are not clicking your ads and if majority of the group decided to terminate you then termination process will proceed and you will be out of the team and be replaced.

What is the termination process?

The termination process includes cancellation or deletion of your account by the administrator ( the referral link of the administrator to you) and the group members of your team will be informed to not continue on clicking your referral ads anymore. Furthermore the terminated member of the group will be replaced by a new one with a new referral link.

Any promos or bonuses?

If the group performance is good ( usually evaluated by the administrator) for 2 weeks then each members in the group will received an additional active referral to their assigned account, that is, new members will be added on that group which means more money.

What is the role of the Administrator?

The administrator is simply the middlemen between each individual group members. He is the voice or the medium of communication between the group members. What the members feel he is willing to hear it, and any comments or suggestions to improve the process he is open for new ideas. The administrator can be contacted using skype.

TARGET-A Rules and Regulations

1. Each TARGET-A members are given a maximum of 4 ACTIVE referrals in return he/she needs to add 4 referral links given by the administrator.
2. The member should click ads in the 4 referral links given including the PTC site in which he/she was assigned, in return, the owners of the referral links given will also click ads for you.
3. The members should click ads at least 5 days per week.
4. Failure to click ads within 5 days per week will be given a warning, 2nd time of failure to click ads will be termination and your account will be given to others otherwise you have some explanation.
5. The earnings of each TARGET-A groups depends on the dedication of the other members, if they are always active and keep on clicking ads, you to will earn more, but you to as a member of your group must also be dedicated to gain the trust of your group mates.
6. Use the same username for the 4 PTC sites given to you.
7. Each members in the group must only have 1 account in each ptc sites. Duplicate accounts is not permitted.
8. Each members must have a skype account, this is where communication between members will occur and the administrator.
